ShiftPilot Terms of Use

1. Introduction
These terms apply to Ilmavo ShiftPilot, a mobile app developed by Ilmavo.
2. Personal productivity tool
ShiftPilot is designed to help users plan shifts, reminders, travel preparation, breaks, and earnings estimates.
3. No guarantee
ShiftPilot provides estimates only. Users remain responsible for checking their actual shift times, employer instructions, travel conditions, pay, and attendance.
4. Earnings estimates
Earnings calculations are estimates based on information entered by the user and may not match actual pay, tax, deductions, overtime, or employer payroll.
5. Travel and reminders
Travel time and reminders are helpful estimates. Users are responsible for leaving on time and checking live travel conditions.
6. User responsibility
Users must enter accurate shift, location, break, and pay information.
7. Future company features
If company check-in, check-out, employer, or team features are added later, separate terms or additional conditions may apply.
8. Limitation of liability
Ilmavo is not responsible for missed shifts, late arrivals, lost income, incorrect user-entered information, travel delays, or employer and payroll decisions.
9. Changes to terms
These terms may be updated as ShiftPilot develops and app features change.
